Synergic MIG Setup
Set Wire, Gas, and Go
Choose your wire type, wire size, gas, and joint setup. The MIG230 dials in starting parameters automatically, then lets you fine-tune from there. The digital 4-roll geared wire drive provides smooth, consistent wire feeding for steel, stainless, aluminum, and flux-core applications.

Double Pulse MIG
TIG-Like Aluminum Welds at MIG Speed
Double Pulse MIG automatically pulses the arc for cleaner, more consistent aluminum welds with lower heat input and minimal spatter. Compatible with spool guns and push-pull guns for expanded aluminum welding capability.
