General Shipping Policies

Can You Tell Me More About PrimeWeld's Shipping Policies?

PrimeWeld ships to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., U.S. Territories, and Minor Outlying Islands. We do not ship welding machines to  P.O.Boxes. 

We offer free standard shipping to the 48 continental United States.

All products ship from our fulfillment center in Blackwood, NJ

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays.*

Orders received by 1:30pm Eastern Time typically ship same business day.*

Overnight and 2-Day deliver Monday thru Friday. For example, an Overnight order placed before 12:30 Central on Friday will deliver on Monday.*

Ground delivers Monday thru Saturday.

Ground: 2-7 business days from ship date (5-9 days for Alaska/Hawai'i)

2-Day: 2 business days from ship date

Next Day: 1 business day from ship date (Next day delivery for orders Placed after 1:30 eastern time Friday, Saturday and Sunday Will delivery Tuesday)

U.S. TERRITORIES, MINOR OUTLYING ISLANDS, & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

USPS Priority International: 6-10 business days from ship date

UPS Express 6-10 business days from ship date

Do You Ship Internationally?

PrimeWeld ships to any location in the World That UPS delivers to. 

For international orders placed via our U.S. website, we ship from our U.S. fulfillment center using UPS express. Average delivery time is 2 - 7 business days, but may be longer due to customs.

Orders shipping to Canada will ship UPS standard transit time is 2-7 business days. 

Please note when ordering from our U.S. website, customers are responsible for ALL duties and local taxes. Duties and taxes are paid upfront.

How Are Shipping Costs Calculated?

Shipping costs vary depending on shipping address, shipping option and preferred shipping carrier.

The USD $ rate per option will be displayed for your review at checkout. Once you select the shipping option, the fee will be applied to your order total.

Where Does PrimeWeld Ship To?

PrimeWeld ships to the 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses. If UPS will delivery to your address we will ship it to you.

Does PrimeWeld Ship To P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

Yes, PrimeWeld does ship to P.O. Box addresses. However, this is only for smaller items; some welders are over the weight limit for USPS so in this case it must go with UPS and to a physical address.

How Long Will It Take For My Purchase To Reach Me?

What is PrimeWeld's Return Policy?

PrimeWeld Return Policy

At PrimeWeld, we stand behind our products and our customers. We’re known for responsive, U.S.-based support and a return process designed to be straightforward, fair, and stress-free. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery
  • Items may be new or lightly used
  • All original parts, accessories, and components must be included
  • Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping
  • All returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure items have not been damaged through misuse or improper handling

Non-Returnable Items

In a few cases, returns may not be possible. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling
  • Items missing original parts or accessories
  • Items damaged due to improper packaging during return shipment

Free Return Shipping

  • PrimeWeld provides a free, downloadable return shipping label for approved returns
  • To request a return label, contact us at info@primeweld.com or call 856-500-2000
  • To make sure everything goes smoothly, returns must be authorized before being sent back

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization
  2. Once approved, ship your item using the provided return label to:

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item

Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted
  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we’ll quickly help coordinate an exchange
  • The original item must be returned using the provided return label

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit once the return is approved
  • If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original payment method

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Yes. Our fulfillment center is incredibly fast and begins working on orders almost immediately once they are placed.

Please make sure to review your order details carefully, including the size and color of your gear, and your shipping address. It is best to call us ASAP if you need to make a change before shipping.

What If I Ordered The Wrong Product?

Should you accidentally place an order for the wrong product, you can take advantage of our 90 day Return policy to swap for the product you meant to order.

What If I Entered The Wrong Shipping Address?

We guarantee delivery only to the address provided at the time your order is placed. Address changes for packages already in transit are sometimes possible but not guaranteed.

What If I Entered The Wrong Billing Address?

If your order was accepted by our system, it means your credit card company accepted the address that was entered. You don't need to contact us to update your billing address.

AFTER YOU ORDER

Once I Place An Order, How Quickly Will It Ship?

Your order must be received by 1:30pm Eastern Time in order for it to ship the same business day. If placed after 1:30pm Central Time, it will ship the next business day.

How Do I Know When My Order Ships?

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped from our warehouse. An order tracking number, carrier specification and a link so that you can access the order status will be available on the email. We have noticed if you are using gmail your emails from us could be landing in your promotions tab.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an order tracking number and carrier specification on your Shipping Confirmation email. The email will also provide a link so that you can access the order data.
