Warranty

What is your warranty and how long is it?

PrimeWeld warrants to the end user (purchaser) of all new branded machines and accessories  (collectively called the “products”) that each will be free of defects in workmanship and material. New machine warranties can be transferred to a second user via a phone call to primeweld.com. This warranty is void if the equipment has been subjected to improper installation, improper care or abnormal operations.  

WARRANTY PERIOD:  

All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase from PrimeWeld. Warranty Periods are listed below, along with the products covered during those warranty periods: 

3-Year Warranty on Material, Workmanship, and Defects: Applies to all PRIMEWELD products All parts, labor, shipping to and from PrimeWeld based in New Jersey will be covered by PrimeWeld.  Free warranty shipping does not apply to customers outside of the continental US, Canada, and Mexico. Warranty applies to items purchased New to the first owner with proof of purchase.  Items not covered under this warranty:  Consumables, unless deemed defective, are not covered by the 3-year warranty. Abuse, neglect, and lack of maintenance is not covered under this warranty. All other components are covered by the warranty and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of PrimeWeld.

For International Customers.

Warranty will still apply. Instead of free shipping we will supply free parts at our cost for three years. 

Product Availability

How will I be notified when products are back in stock?

On the individual product webpage, you can sign up for the waitlist, and you will receive an email when it is back in stock.

Accessories

Do you sell accessories and tips?

Yes! Please find product accessories, consumables, etc. on our Accessories page. If you need help choosing the right accessories for your welding machine, please contact us.

Do I have to buy the accessories from PrimeWeld?

No. Accessories can be purchased anywhere as long as they fit your model and torch size. However, we cannot guarantee the quality or efficacy of accessories purchased from other retailers.
