Getting started with the PrimeWeld CUT60 is simple:

1. Power On: Flip the power switch to “ON.”

2. Set Air Pressure: Use the front-panel SET AIR function to adjust air pressure between 55 – 75 PSI.

3. Adjust Amperage: Select the amperage for your material thickness (20–60 A).

4. Start Cutting: Press the torch trigger to strike the plasma arc and guide the torch smoothly across your workpiece—keeping roughly ⅛″ distance for best results.

5. 2T / 4T Modes:

   • 2T Mode – Hold the torch trigger to cut; release to stop.

   • 4T Mode – Press once to start; press again to stop—ideal for long cuts.

For best performance, use a compressor rated 5 CFM @ 80 PSI (minimum 20-gallon tank), ensure a clean ground connection, and operate in a dry, well-ventilated area.
